Clean, efficient, fast, medium space with very good aeration, if anything quite windy inside due to the fan. Multiple chairs to sit along the side of the wall.

Two clean bathrooms. There is a service desk that does more laundering service for you. Once you buy a card for $1 anything you put on there is nonrefundable.

Roughly a cycle cost $3.25 medium load for basic wash, and drying is 0.25 for 5 min on high or 8 min on medium. I found that 16 min on medium worked for my medium/large load.

I'm a full time RVer.
This Tornado Laundry is very clean and the cost is reasonable. $4.50 to wash and .25 for 12 minutes.
Shoutout to Chris, the attendant, as she was super helpful pointing out I did not need to get a card.

This establishment is friendly, clean, the clients that do laundry here are helpful, and they will even do your laundry for you if you have to go on a last minute trip and pick up your clothes when you get back. Thank you!

I understand that they're trying to keep the place clean, but they're constantly sweeping and mopping while you're doing your laundry which is a serious nuisance and not necessary. When someone slips and falls maybe they'll rethink there policy. Plus I don't like when my washer is running and they wipe down the detergent fill area and leave them open. I don't want there cleaner or rag debris getting in my clothes that I'm washing. Leave it alone, it's rude and annoying.

During our recent cross country road trip, a trip to the laundry mat was a must. This laundry mat was just minutes away from our hotel and had good reviews. I have not been to a laundry mat in more than 20 years. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The machines are newer and meticulously cleaned.

When I have something I want to wash that's too heavy for our Samsung we come here. The place is usually clean and lots of machines. Better than wash tub laundromat. Only issue preventing 5 stars is the vending machines are full of expired stuff. Tornado owns and fills the vending machines.

They have newer front load washers and newer dryers. The staff are very helpful and they keep the place very clean. If you need help with anything they are right there to help. I needed help folding a huge blanket and they were there to help no questions asked. They have a fair amount of parking with 2 handicapped in front. But the rest of the spaces are mostly on the sides and the center area of the parking lot. You can take a rolling basket out to load your clothes and bring inside if you need to. They have 2 locations and an employee told me they are building another. I just moved here from Dallas and there are laundries everywhere. Here in Amarillo Tornado seems to be the only decent laundries in the whole city. I was very surprised. I guess most people have machines at home is my only guess. Thank God for Tornado. The only other laundries I've seen are run down places that have old top loading washers.

Will not be using their full service option ever again. They did not perform the services they promised. Not all of the clothes were folded and the items I requested be hung were not hung up.
