Firehouse Fitness offers 6 week boot camps that are designed to launch your journey into health and fitness. The classes are small and is designed for all fitness levels. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00pm. We will also help you with nutrition through personalized meal plans with recipes and a grocery shopping list.
