Orange Theory Fitness is a 1 hour, full body workout that is built around Strength, Endurance, and Power workouts. It is High Intensity Interval Training that is scientifically proven to burn calories for up to 36 hours post workout. Each workout focuses on the 5 heart rate zones that are displayed in real time on TV screens in the studio.
