Vibra Hospital of Amarillo and Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital of Amarillo are seeking Full Time Dietary Aides to join our team! Under the direction of the Dietary Services Manager, the Dietary Aide performs a variety of patient food service, dining room services and dish room, as well as other related tasks. The Dietary Aide prepares food items and assembles prepared foods for patient trays, delivers trays to dining room or patient units, works in the dish room and in pot and pan washing area, as needed, and serves food in the cafeteria, cleans cafeteria tables and service counter after meals. Dietary Aides are expected to adhere to the facility and departmental policies and procedures and to follow proper sanitation, safety and infection control policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of kitchen/dietary work experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare organization.
