Duties:	Food Service Director at Ceta Canyon Camp & Retreat Center - Happy TX. Responsible in all aspects of the Ministry of Food Service. This Food Service Director position requires a strong background in providing quality meals for our Christian Camp and Retreat Center with high volume during summer use. This position requires a being strong Christian, committed to serving in Christian Camping Ministry. Must enjoy and have a working knowledge of food service and understand the demands of this type of position. During the summer, this position oversees 2 dining halls and at peak times we serve over 500 people per meal. We are a year round Christian Camp and Retreat Center. Ability to prepare foods in high volume (at least 250 people per meal) from scratch, (fresh breads, desserts, coffee cakes,pancakes, etc.) This position also requires a Safe Serve Certification.
