Duties:Website Developer Amarillo Website Company - Amarillo, TX $40,000 a year - Full-time, Temporary Were looking for a website developer. You might be the person we are looking for if you have outstanding HTML, CSS and PHP coding skills, WordPress is your favorite and you believe Bootstrap is the best thing since sliced bread. Some of your daily tasks might include: building new WordPress sites updating existing sites (WordPress, old-code php, and others) upgrading a new WordPress site from an old-code PHP site troubleshooting broken code Youll be working under the direction of a project manager who will handle the scheduling and prioritizing of the project board. You might work on one site for four days then 6 smaller sites the next day. Youre flexible, youre a team player and you work well under pressure. You have knowledge working with Google Docs and can communicate with staff and clients via phone, email, text and chat programs. Excellent communication skills are very important for this position. You must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. You do not have to be local to apply, BUT if you are applying for this position remotely, you must already have verifiable experience working remotely. After the first round of interviews, there will be an aptitude test that includes writing code and troubleshooting broken code. Must have at least 2 years experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS and PHP. This is a temp to perm position.
