Start Date:Our Area Consultants are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area they represent and enjoy helping newcomers connect to their community. They have a good understanding of the local rental housing market, school system (private and public) and governmental requirements such as obtaining a local driver’s license and a Social Security card -- they generally “know how to get things done”. Many of our Area Consultants have international live/work experience and are fluent in a language besides English (not mandatory). Requirements: ? A valid driver’s license in the state you live/work and clean driving record ? A reliable, insured, clean and newer make vehicle (4-day preferred) ? Excellent communication and fluent in English (written and spoken) ? Organized with keen attention to detail ? Resourceful, responsible and reliable ? Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications, internet research related to rental home sites, local schools and general area information. ? Confident smartphone user: taking photos, completing forms and updating reports while on the go ? IPR’s Area Consultants are independent contractors and must be able to accept authorizations on an as-needed, contract basis. ? Most of all, we look for people that have a great sense of humor!
