Cenikor Amarillo, a nonprofit, CARF‑accredited provider, delivers evidence‑based care for substance use disorders with flexible options for adults and youth. Our programs are part of a large network of Cenikor treatment centers across Texas and New Mexico.

• PHP Crossroads Outpatient Services: In person structured daytime treatment with therapy and skills training.
• Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Group and individual counseling with relapse‑prevention focus for youths and adults. Outpatient treatment for youth by telehealth only.
• Supportive Outpatient (SOP): Highest level of flexibility.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): For alcohol and opioid use disorders, paired with counseling.
• Recovery Support Services (RSS): Peer support, resources, and alumni connections after formal treatment.
• Youth Recovery Community: Youth and family peer support.
• Prevention: Substance use education delivered at the right time for individuals and families.
• Telehealth: Convenient access for eligible services.
